Great Lake Star Gaze - 2024

For the last four years, I've been blessed and privileged to attend the Great Lakes Star Gaze in Gladwin Michigan. I camp in a tent for 6 nights and get to spend the days with some good friends whom I met only. This year that consisted of Doug Bock and Awni Hafedh. I missed spending time with Stephen Brisby and Tony Licata. There a many others I enjoy talking with as well, Ron Schank, Dennis, Bill, Mark, Joe and others.

I love the week not just for astrophotography but the laughter; unwinding; naps; and food provided by so many but especially Ron who runs the 'Schank Cafe' in the picnic pavilion.
